I personally would recommend the Savage ONLY for people who are under 5'8" tall and have no intentions of making highway cruising a regular thing. The bike is too small engine wise for sustaining 65mph over any great distance. I can hear the thing screaming bloody murder all that way at that speed; I have, however, pushed this thing up to near 80mph.
If you are going to ride it locally on city streets - fine. Otherwise, get an engine twice the Savage size. Well, that is my humble opinion anyway...
